Drama studies at the Hans Otto College of Drama in Leipzig, member of the German Theatres; successful work in films and television since the mid eighties; at the time of the fall of the Wall Mühe was actively engaged in public discussions and was one of the protagonists at the demonstration on 4th November 1989
